    LOL!!! I don't know exactly how much I lost on my arms. I didn't start taking measurements until about halfway for my arms. But, I am glad there is a noticeable difference. I hated my arms!! I never had big arms until recently, so I was glad to see them go. Now, my thighs--I always had big thighs and they got smaller, but I am pretty used to having a big butt and big thighs-lol! They probably won't be going anywhere anytime soon!

    Nope, I live near Baltimore...but I graduated from WVU. We try to make it to a game at least every other year. Loved it out there.
