Hi, I have added some resistance training to my fitness regime as I was getting bored just doing cardio.
I have been using dumb bells and in the last week or so I got myself an extra strong resistance band.
The thing is whenever I do chest presses (with dumbells or resistance band) I just can't really feel it in my chest!
When I am working biceps, shoulders, abs etc i literally feel them tensing and slightly burning during and after the workout but feel absolutely nothing when working my chest, if anything it actually feels as if my shoulders are being worked.
I'm pretty sure I'm doing the technique right but has anyone got any advice for me?
Thanks
