1/2 low fat Cinnamon graham cracker -35 cals
1 Tbsp cream cheese- 50 cals
1 Tbsp strawberry preserves (Any flavor will do) -50 cals

135 cals total


Tastes just like cheese cake! I'm not just yappin. It really does! You feel as if you're cheating but you're really not. Next time you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth try it out and let me know what you think!

    So you just mix it in a bowl and eat away? Sounds good to me.

    Have you ever tried the Smuckers low-sugar (NOT sugar-free) strawberry preserves? It has no artificial sweeteners, and it tastes like fresh cut strawberries without the sugary goop. Yummy! I have no idea what the calorie count is, but I used to buy it all the time.

    I spread the cream cheese on the cracker then repeat w/' the jam.
