New Here thought I would say hi

I am just getting back into the jig of things. I was working out before and was losing weight but couldn't figure out why turns out I was pregnant with my son.. I had him aug.2 and am now going on 7 weeks and starting to workout again. So I thought I would jump in and say hi.. Any tips for me?

    Welcome! Every body is different. I know you probably need to eat for him too! I find eating more often helps me - just smaller meals. I eat 4 small meals and one reg meal (dinner). Working out is really important - somthing I was missing before. I eat some of my exercise calories but never all - some people say you should but this works for me!
