Yes I have medical problems
So I shouldnt eat bananas/oranges then - I thought they are healthy !?
Yes...fruit is healthy.
Since I don't know what type of medical condition that you have I won't try to tell you what to eat. Check with your doctors office for a recommended diet or research your condition online for a recommended diet specific for that condition.
Even a good doctor would not advise you as to what your dietary needs are without knowing what medical condition that you suffer from. I doubt if most people here are doctors.
If there are no dietary restrictions for your condition then try to eat a well balance diet...which includes fruit, vegetables, fats, proteins and carbs and yes...even a treat or two on occasion!
Your body is already under stress from whatever medical condition that you suffer from...be kind to it...and to yourself...breath deep and just try to figure this out.
I wish you luck...I wish you success...most of all I wish you a fast recovery!0
