30 day shred and legs

So im on day 7 and i feel pretty good. I need to eat healthier though. Im pretty low in weight already but like im trying to fit into my clothes again and i feel like my thigh gap is getting smaller and i want it to be bigger. I do need to lose 7 lbs on top of this but idk. What do you think? Like what does this do to people legs when they are smaller already? Like im a size 00-0 but i gained randomly and like i would like to fit into my clothes again ya know lol
