Hello everyone.

Day 1 today and already I feel guilty for having a mullerice! Hoping to lose 5 stone to get to my ideal bmi weight. I have been overweight most of my life although people say that I'm not because I don't really look big. I'm a size 16 and hope one day I'll be a size 12.

I want to get pregnant within the next year but want my body to be right first and that means losing some weight and eating more healthily. I go to the gym regularly and eat healthily but don't seem to be able to shift the weight. I'm hoping that by writing it all down daily I'll see where I'm going wrong. I am a chocaholic but have not eaten chocolate for a whole week already! Would love to hear from others who have found myfitnesspal to help them shift the pounds.
