I usually just make the equivalent food item at home. For example, I wanted nachos the other night, so I made them at home. If it's something I really want, and it fits my calories, I'll just go get it, but that doesn't happen too often. Homemade food is so much tastier than fast food.0

I eat out almost every day, I've lost 10 pounds since January. Just fit the calories into your budget.0

Fit it into my cals the next day and guzzle water to flush the sodium. Granted I haven't been here long and have only lost 10 lbs but I know total deprivation is not good. One turkey taco at Del Taco is 250 cals....thin slice of pizza with veggies 150. There's ways to do it, just have to be "smart"0

I fit a tiny bit into my day. Or I use a weekly cheat day, where I go 500 over, but still stay under 2000.0
