rash post workout

I usually rash up after a workout on my upper chest. It doesn't itch and I didn't pay much attention until someone else pointed it out. I apparently also rash on my upper chest & around my neck while & after being in the pool. I would believe allergies to chlorine, but not sure. I quickly get in the shower after both working out and in the pool. But the rash doesn't go away that quickly.
If you have experienced anything like this and found away to deal with it, let me know. Maybe there is a good body wash that removes any build up of chlorine or sweat in the skin.
A side note- I did have to quit dieing my hair myself because all of a sudden I became highly allergic to it to the point my husband thought I had poison ivy. I do get my hair done now at a salon, but there is a possibility that some still gets on my skin.

What are your thoughts?

It sounds like heat rash to me. I get this too if I workout hard and it's hot. I also sometimes get it after running. It is worse in the spring where I run is quite rural and I assume something growing where I run affects me. I also get a reaction to the sun and get a raised angry nettle type rash mine is incredibly itchy though. Also if it is particularly bad I get a high temperature and flu like symptoms. Antihistamines and steroid cream helps as does cooling down the area. It's not fun but has improved significantly with age, in my twenties I was plagued by this and avoided the sun like I was a vampire, still do to a certain extent. I have an allergic tendency multiple food intolerances etc it's just part of me. Following the paleo diet has helped to as I have cut artificial additives.
