vegetarians!

I don't know what's gotten into me but I cannot for the life of me make it to 1200-1500 net without going over. I don't even know whether its me being truly hungry, or just truly enjoying the act of eating. Anyway, question is, how have fellow veggies lost weight? You'd think it'd be easier,, but lean meats will sure keep you satisfied. Better yet, anyone following a low cal veg meal plan? I'm desperately wanting to lose weight :(

    Lots of fruit and vegetables? And fairly low-calorie snacks? I just eat throughout the day. Feel free to check out my diary; I tend to net 1200-1500 a day, depending on what I feel like eating for the week.
