I dont know if i am writing this in the right forum so I apologize in advance if I am.
I weighed myself on the first and was at 284. On the 7th, I went to the Drs and was at 285. I just weight myself and now I am 270. I don't know if I really lost the weight or if one of the scales is off.. Did i really lose all that weight already? Lol it doesn't feel like it. Should I weigh myself only on my scale and trust those numbers?
Thanks in advance for any help!!

If its a digital scale something as simple as a hard crumb under the foot pad can throw it off, need to make sure it is on a clean flat surface
Eta: I find it best to go by the scale I can use on a regular basis since you will get a more accurate trend then by going off of different scales0 -
Also would like to add it is entirely possible to get a large drop when you are first starting out :flowerforyou:0

Weigh yourself at the same scales in the same position on the same hard level floor surface, at the same time of day (best first thing in the morning before anything else).
Not:- just after eating/exercising/with the scales in different places.0
