Post Partum Fitness Journey!!

Hey everyone! I just had my 3rd baby 3 weeks ago and am ready to get back in shape! I have always been pretty fit, but I definitely was at my peak right before I found out I was pregnant with our newest addition. I'd planned to workout throughout my pregnancy, but due to complications in the beginning I had to stop (even walking had to be done very slowly). Once I hit my 3rd trimester I was told I could do some yoga again and I LOVED it!! I worked out 3-4 times a week up until the day I went into labor, and I took only a week off before jumping right back in. Yes, I did get the ok from my doctor and I'm only doing exercises I did while I was pregnant. I'm already down to my pre-pregnancy weight (5'9, 138lbs), but because my workouts had to be put on hold, I lost muscle and gained a little extra fat, so I'd like to work on trimming and toning once again. I'm currently nursing, so my nutrition is super important, not only for my own health, but for my baby as well-- no unnatural weight loss gimmicks here! I'm all about hard work and clean eating. I'm a myfitnesspal newbie (though I'd joined forever ago but never used it), so I'm looking for people to help motivate me and hold me accountable, just as I'll do for them. My biggest weakness: SWEETS!!! If you think you can help me stay away from them for the next couple weeks (until it becomes a habit for me to simply pass them up again), add me!! I'd love any support I can get! :)
