Shirataki noodles

Well yesterday I was roaming around District Market, mostly looking for junk food and sweets to fill my cabinets with, and I came across Shirataki noodles. They looked interesting so I picked up a package and prepared them for lunch with some chicken.
I opened the bag, drained them, and threw them on a skillet for a few minutes like the bag said to. A little water was left over but I also didn't cook them long enough (my fault)
But my question is, how do some of you prepare them / flavor them?

The Hungry Girl website uses the Shirataki noodles in many recipes. You might want to give it a try!! I tried to use them a few times but did not like the texture0
