Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the message board but not to MFP or weight loss. I'm looking to lose about 15-20 lbs & then tone my entire body up & build a little muscle but not too much. I like to hold myself accountable & i thought that adding friends on here might help out with that. Im 36 mom of 3 girls, 13,10, & 6. We stay on the go a lot. They all play softball. I am happily married to my husband Chad. Hes great! Love him bunches. He dosent care about me losing weight but I do. I want to show my girls that you can do anything you put your mind to & to show them that healthy is a good thing.
