Why is weight lost slowing down so much?

So I just weighed myself again, I weigh myself every Wednsday around the same time when I first wake up.
1st week I lost 3.6 pounds
2nd week I lost 2.2 pounds
and this week I lost 1.3 pounds, so in a total of 3 weeks I lost 7.1 pounds, I have been good with measuring food and calories and I also do 60 minute of cardio 5 days a week and resistance strength training 3/4 days a week, why is my progress so slow? Not discouraged cause I'm still losing, just curious. Should I change my Weekly weigh ins to Bi-weekly instead?

When you first start a diet you lose a lot of water weight. After that, weight loss slows down to a more steady pace. It's completely normal and expected.0
