Mini Chicken Meatloafs

Kroger (grocery store) now sells ground chicken (super excited)! And I made this recipe last night and added a couple other seasonings, but it was so good- my 3 year old son even gobbled it up! 2 minis are only 153 calories!! I think ground up chicken has become a new favorite in our household!
