Ingredients :
Trader Joe's - 2 Low Carb Whole Wheat Wrap
Nature's Promise - Organic Tomato Sauce
Perdue Short Cuts - Carved Chicken Breast - Grilled
Trader Joe's - Crumbled Feta With Mediterranean Herbs
Trader Joe's - Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions

Instructions:

1- Take half a box of Perdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast and 2 cups of Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions and sautee it together in a pan for about 10 minutes

2- When the chicken, peppers and onions are cooked. Spread 2 Tbs of Nature's Promise Organic Tomato Sauce on each wrap.

3- Divided the chicken, peppers and onions evenly on each wrap.

4- Sprinkle feta cheese on top ( I use app 1/4 cup and divide it evenly into 2 )

5- Bake for about 10 mins or until a little crispy (350 degrees ) in the oven ( I bake mine in a convection oven)


This meal is simple, fullfilling and is approximately 350 calories. This is one of my favorite meals ! Hope you like it as much as I do :happy:
