Started today - feb. 26 Need friends!!!

Just started today and am excited to begin. I've been slowly losing weight on my own but now I want to commit and be serious. Need members support....have a great day.:smile:

  • just thought I'd check in with you. I am happy to report after my first week lost 1 pound. I am working toward losing 1.5 per week. I really need to make myself exercise. It's difficult with my aching bones but I must. One of my MAJOR goals is to become active in sports again. You would never believe that I went to college on a Tennis Scholarship the way my body has ended up. However, I can visualize me playing again - must get healthy and back to my weight. Hope you are accomplishing what you want.
