Sounds too out there. Almost all medical professionals and other diet specialists tell you no more than 2 lbs per week.:flowerforyou:0

The only way to loose 20 pounds in 30 days is if you cut off a leg. Just saying.0

20lbs loss in 30 days???? What do you have to do, cut off your legs? :laugh:0 -
I always heard the first week are two you lose more cause you are losing fluid. But on a awerage 1lb are maybe 2lbs is all you will lose if you stick to plan most of the weeks.... 20 lbs sounds like a awful lot in a month. Plus I read if you lose weight to fast you will gain it back quickly.
I am just saying what I have heard are read.0 -
It might be possible but your body wouldn't be toned. Exercise helps keep the weight off.0

had a quick look - I wouldn't recommend it - it's definitely against MFP guidelines - you send your body into ketosis which happens in starvation mode.

Holycrap 69 lbs Congrats girl Wow !!!!!:flowerforyou:0 -
I did this kinda thing once 2 years ago, I dropped 25 pounds in 40 days with no exercise. I kept it off for about 3 months then I gained 45 lbs gradually over the next few months as I started eating normally again, so I ended up 20lbs HEAVIER than when I started. Problem is that its not a lifestyle change, its a quick fix that doesnt really fix anything.
I dont recommend it at all seeing as I'm just now finally back to my 'starting' weight last time and its taken a lot of work to get here so far!0 -
Sounds a wee bit Crazy!
Here's the recommended meal plan::frown:
The meal times would be way too funky for me!
10am – breakfast:noway:
1pm – lunch
5pm – smaller second lunch
7:30-9pm – sports training
10pm – dinner:noway:
12am – glass of wine and Discovery Channel before bed
"I recommend Saturdays as your “Dieters Gone Wild” day. I am allowed to eat whatever I want on Saturdays, and I go out of my way to eat ice cream, Snickers, Take 5, and all of my other vices in excess. I make myself a little sick and don’t want to look at any of it for the rest of the week. Paradoxically, dramatically spiking caloric intake in this way once per week increases fat loss by ensuring that your metabolic rate (thyroid function, etc.) doesn’t downregulate from extended caloric restriction. That’s right: eating pure crap can help you lose fat. Welcome to Utopia."0 -

No workouts + losing weight too quickly can equal excess loose skin... yikes, not fun! Just something to think about0 -
I just lost 30lbs in 28 days.0

Sounds magical.0

I have lost 60 lbs in 2.5 months before. I will not recommend it. Losing weight the healthy way is the best way to do it without the side effects and without gaining them back.0
-
That would be amazing.0

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There are no (healthy) shortcuts.0
-
If you do it, you'll likely just lose mostly water weight and muscle (which you really want to avoid because muscles burn more calories than fat). Just eat between your BMR and TDEE. Weightloss should be so aggressive.0
