Try this way!!

Grill 2 wholemeal pitta, until slightly brown on bot sides to get the crispyness
Top each with half a teaspoon of tomato purree, back under the grill for a minute
Add the toppings you fancy, i tear a piece of carver ham between the 2, top with 15g each cheese
back under the grill until cheese melts and voila :-)
tastes very naughty but under 500 cal for the 2 :-)
