I take One-A-Day Women's and really like it. I think the iron and B vitamins in it is what helps me most energy-wise. However I do have to take it AFTER eating breakfast, otherwise the iron content makes me ridiculously nauseous.0

I think I may be taking the same multivitamin! I use One-A-Day Women's Active Metabolism multivitamin. It is soooo crucial to take vitamins with food, otherwise you could get nauseous. I learned this long ago when I used to get sick from vitamins and my doctor told me that this was because you are never supposed to take a vitamin on an empty stomach.0
