I am being really stupid today but cannot find a definitive answer anywhere. Quinoa uncooked weight(dry weight) is listed as both 116cals and 299cals on the database. So I turned to the packet (Tesco's for the Brits) where it only gives me the nutritional info for 100g cooked! I really don't want to have to weight it after cooking - help? This isn't usually so difficult!
