wheat junkie need help!

Okay I am starting to notice that I eat too much bread. i keep reading all this stuff about too much wheat makes you gain and slows down your loosing. Or the "wheat belly" term.....i eat a lot of sandwiches and have a piece of toast almost every morning with peanut butter . I normally eat whole wheat bread or honey wheat bread never white or potato bread but I just feel like it might be too much starch? Any advice on any alternatives for bread with a sandwich? Really don't want to just cut it out totally and not replace it because I have tried that which lead to still being hungry..

Unless you have a medical condition, there is no reason to eliminate wheat. It is not the wheat that makes a person gain weight, it is eating too many calories.0
