Quick question...

What do you all think about cottage cheese and peaches for a snack? I buy the lite canned peaches 60 calories a serving and the low fat cottage cheese 80 calories and 12 grams of protein. The reason I am asking is because I have heard both good and bad when it comes to it.

Echoing others - what's supposed to be bad about it? Sounds delicious and nutritious.

I don't know about OP, but here in the upper Midwest peaches are expensive at the moment. Canned peaches are convenient. Not to everyone's taste to be sure. Sometimes they are canned in heavy syrup which adds sugar, if you care about that.
