I am hoping to start doing a whole body lifting program twice a week. I will order the New rules for lifting for women, but I tend to strain my upper trapezius by hunching my shoulder. I'm looking for a series of you tube videos that will show me how to do these exercises (deadlift, squat etc.) correctly. I know I should probably start with a personal trainer, but that is how I got injured in the first so I am very hesitant.

anything by mark rippetoe is a good place to start. there's a dedicated NROL4W site witha forum that has good vids as well
ask for a personal trainer with lifting exeprience
and you could always record yourself lifting and post a vid on MFP0 -
there is a california school of lifting something that comes up- they are good- they teach oly lifting too
"so you think you can squat"/deadlift"
those aren't bad.0 -
Use the search terms "Mark Rippetoe."
That should keep you plenty busy learning about form.0 -
Another vote for Mark Rippetoe. Westside Barbell has some good stuff on You Tube as well.0
