So I still live with my family and though they don't eat the worst meals ever they're still not the healthiest options. What can I do to make sure i'm still eating healthier meals?

Yep, portion control.0 -
I lived at my mom's house almost the whole time I was losing.
Buy your own groceries, or portion everything out and log it.0 -
ditto.
If your conern is health and not weight, then just stock up on some groceries that will be all yours, get extra fruit/veggies etc.0 -
Agree with all that.
My Husband has a ton of stuff in the house I REALLY wish wasn't there, but I can't control him, just me.
portion control and avoidance of the worst items0 -
Similar thing in my household. I just cook for myself. I don't think I've eaten the same meal as them in at least a month.0

Reduce the portion size as already recommended then add something healthy as a side, a salad, veggies, fruit etc. My husband doesn't always fix things I can eat much of, so I just fix a little something else to go with it.0
