Eating healthy in a den of diet sin.

So I still live with my family and though they don't eat the worst meals ever they're still not the healthiest options. What can I do to make sure i'm still eating healthier meals?

Eat what they're eating, but less of it.

I lived at my mom's house almost the whole time I was losing.

Buy your own groceries, or portion everything out and log it.

    ditto.

If your conern is health and not weight, then just stock up on some groceries that will be all yours, get extra fruit/veggies etc.

    Agree with all that.

My Husband has a ton of stuff in the house I REALLY wish wasn't there, but I can't control him, just me.

portion control and avoidance of the worst items

Similar thing in my household. I just cook for myself. I don't think I've eaten the same meal as them in at least a month.

Reduce the portion size as already recommended then add something healthy as a side, a salad, veggies, fruit etc. My husband doesn't always fix things I can eat much of, so I just fix a little something else to go with it.
