Does anyone else get extremely angry and nasty if you have to skip a workout or miss a class for some reason? I tell ya... when I have my workout schedule, nutrition and work day planned out and something comes up to cause me to miss a class or regular workout I turn into a raving you know what! hahaha

    I only get angry i I have a very particular plan in my head and it's tightly knit and needs one part to function perfectly for the next to work.

    not so much the work out itself- but yes- I get very angry if I have a tight schedule and part A effs up part B because it can't get it's crap together. it makes me a cranky pants.

    I get really depressed when I miss several workouts- but my workouts are so fluid- that if I miss one day- it's not a crisis- I know when I have the next chance- I'm fluid day to day but over the course of the week I always get 4-5 in. If I only get 3 so be it- but if I miss like 10 days worth of workouts- I get really depressed.
