Hey, im new to this !

I am a vegetarian and i am trying to lose weight. I haven't weighed myself yet but i have an estimated weight which would be 138 lbs to 145 lbs:smile: . I have been doing exercise but i think i need to plan out when to do my exercises because some weeks i wont do up to 3 times a week and in stead 2 times a week. i am hoping i will reach my goals by at least may/ June and i would like to lose 20 to 25 lbs and weigh around 116 to 120. I'm 5'1 tall.
