I need to bulk up now. Looking a bit too slim...

I'm now starting to look a little bit like Mr Muscle and I don't want to look like him. When I was around 18 I would never ever take my top off because I was always ashamed at how skinny my body looks. 20 years later and I'm nearly that same person again.

I need to do weights to make my arms look at bit better so can anybody suggest what I should aim do??

    eat at maintenance calories and include lots of protein!
