I have a few people I know who take this and then try to sell it to anyone who will listen. Is it anygood or just a fad thing that will make people put the weight back on after?

    I'd probably stay away from any product that forces you to sell it to anyone who will listen if you use it. Sounds a bit scammy and annoying.
