Sodium Savvy meals?

I am finding out that sodium directly affects my weight loss. I'm looking through my meal plans for the past year and there's not a darn thing on there as a main dish that doesn't have tons of sodium. I need to fix this pronto. I desperately want to change my habits, but I have no idea what I can make for me and my family now. I've asked my friends, and one suggested almonds as a calorie dense snack that's not filled with sodium, but no ideas for meals. :( Please help!
