Uncomfortable foot pain during exercise.

Hey guys!

I went out for my regular training today, but my left food was having some serious discomfort. It almost feels like a strain on the ball of my big toe. I always stretch and my exercises don't completely over-exert my body. Has anybody else ever experienced this? It seems like no matter how I stretch or massage it, it keeps feeling strained.

    if it's where i think it is, Sesamoiditis is a good thing to check.

    i didnt treat it right and ended up on crutches for 2 weeks during college (was dancing 6 days a week, 2 of which were ballet.)

    but now, when it acts up, i usually just use ibuprofen in the mornings and kt tape during workouts & night & the inflamation calms down in a day or 2.

    but DEFINITELY!!! check with your doc before. and if it is sesamoiditis, it's super easy for a dr to diagnose. and not a huge deal.
