what should i do after 30 day shred?

I have 4 more days of the 30 day shred left. The shred made me gain weight :( however i can feel my muscles are a LOT less flabby! woo but there is still fat covering all the muscles, not much, like 1cm deep maybe?

I would like to remove this fat and if anyone has any good diets/exercise to help achieve this?
I was thinking of doing a running programme such as this: http://www.bupa.co.uk/running/training/training-programmes/beginner-10km/

Would that amount of running, along with a diet of 1500 cals, burn off the fat? Does anyone know how long it would take?

Stats: 5'8 , 128lbs, hoping for 120/125
