Reasonable Expectations Help

Hello, I'm getting very close to my weight goal but still feel like I have a long way to go on my overall fitness - which is much more important to me. Currently @ 135lbs I been getting about a 29% BF measure. I'd like to get this down to the 20-25% range.

I am using TDEE measure for my calories - 2030 maintenance, eating 1500-1700 per day with exercise set to 4x/week. I do not have a food scale but have continued to loose weight at about .5lb per week. I have MFP set to 1500 because I assume I'm eating more by not using a food scale.

I am attending an event in 50 days and would like to have reduced my BF% by then but don't know if this is possible or what a reasonable expectation should be or what changes I need to make to meet that. Any help would be very appreciated. I've never had to worry about this before as I've always been very, very active but I started my first desk job seven months ago and it really taking a toll.

My current exercise:

In TDEE Calculation:
bike to work 4x per week, 20-30 minutes each way, 6 miles, average speed 14 mph, pedaling speed 17 mph (don't log)

Eat Back:
Level 1 30 day shred - log 130 calories per workout, not sure if this is accurate
archery, 2 hours 1 day a week, 26 lb draw (don't always eat back since it's late in the evening)

Extra Don't eat Back:
Walking the dog - doesn't always happen and very leisurely pace
Climb 6 flights of stairs, 2-3 times per day
Gardening - intensive digging mostly
