What Machine to Switch to

I've have been exercising almost everyday (6 days a week) since last September, but recently weight loss has gotten slow. So I switched from the elliptical to the treadmill. I was exercising on the elliptical everyday i worked with out switching machines, which i now know is a big no-no. But my question is, what should i do to switch things up now? What machine should i use as well as the treadmill? Big thanks in advance.

    Free weights.
    Add a little cardio in whatever form you enjoy

    Start adding some strength training to your routine. The sooner the better, because this will really be what changes your body.

    Lift heavy!!

    I like StrongLifts 5x5. You could also look into Starting Strength or New Rules of Lifting for Women (Look like a goddess, Lift like a man).
