Adding fat to recipes that are fried?

I want to add something I had today to my diary, but it was a from scratch donut at a local donut place. I have the recipe, but I'm not sure how much fat I should be adding since they're fried, any tips?

Very little fat gets transferred to food when deep fried...I'd use a 1/2 tsp, and that would be lots.0

You'll honestly just be fine picking something that looks close in the database. No need to make it super complicated over a few calories difference that there might be.0
