Lack of energy

Does anybody else have this problem? And how do I solve it? I am doing decent with eating better, laying off the sweets, etc. However, I have very little energy. I want to get back into the routine of working out 4 to 5 days a week but I am usually too tired. And it gets much worse around PMS time. It's like just my daily routine (cooking, cleaning, laundry, helping with homework) wears me out. I had been trying to work out in the morning but most days, even after I sleep, I am still tired.
