I'm new..kinda. I was on here last October and was losing weight steadily (2lbs a week) and, of course, went through a terrible break up and did not get into the master's program I was hoping for, so I fell off the wagon and broke both legs. I have always turned to food for everything. Had a good day? Great, time to eat! Had a bad day? Eat to make myself feel better. I have allowed my weight to be in direct proportion with my life events and that is just wrong. I am 28 and a single mom to a beautiful little girl, and I have so much to be happy for, so I would like to jump back on MFP and meet some great, motivational people. I'm currently in the market to buy my first home, I'm finally enjoying the freedom of the single life, and I even got into a great MBA program- the only thing left is to kick this weight and really take off. I look forward to losing (and winning) with everyone!
