Can you enter Ketosis if your carb intake is between 15-25 or do you have to totally zero out?

Some say < 50 on the day. Keep to 30 to be sure. Do you plan on a refeed periodically?0

15-25 should be fine.0 -
It's worth researching Ketosis thoroughly before you decide to throw your body into it. Is it really what you want to do to your body?
I played with it for a couple of years and I much prefer dieting in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm going to die.
I don't know, a lot of people here do very well by keeping the carbs in and keeping to macros.
When I was doing it, some chemists refused to sell keto stix as the practise was so frowned upon. Annoying at the time, but now I look back and wish I hadn't followed the crowd.0
