MFP friends!

I've been using this for just over a week now and would love some from friends for motivation! Also love to browse at others diaries to keep me on track and for different ideas!

    In general I love adding new friends, but you either do not log accurately, or you eat way too low.
    It's not that bad (for me) if you don't log regularly, but I surely do not support eating under 1200 kcal, so if this is your regular thing, I won't add you and I know that many people here think the same.

    I eat healthy, I have salad mainly every day for lunch with fruit which feels me up comfortably until dinner. I snack on fruit and have it for breakfast. I drink plenty of water and don't get me wrong I do have the odd treat. My log probably looks like I do not consume many calories however the majority of it I earn back from exercising. I weigh all my food to ensure I correctly input.

    Just because I've worked 700 calories at the gym I don't think I should go and eat 700 worth of food, especially if I'm not hungry. I have also started the 5:2 diet so I think its best you don't add me as you wouldn't like to see my calorie intake then.
