Hi,

BMR 1636
TDEE 2249

How many do I eat a day?

I know MFP calories conflicts with this for me ? Its now coming up 1610 cals target on here and to me I feel like I am eating the same amount that made me fat in the first place. Is 1610 too much for me?
Im 22 F 88kg 5ft 4

My weight is staying the same eating this much

Would REALLY appreciate a response

Thanks

Hannah

To clear things up NEVER eat under your BMR. That's the amount of energy your body needs to function properly.

If you have a TDEE of 2249 you want to eat in around a deficit of 500 calories to lose 1lb per week. This would leave you eating around 1750 calories a day.

This is a reasonable amount, although if necessary you could always do an extra 20-30 minutes of cardio a day. If you burn off 200 extra calories that you usually wouldn't have you could then eat 1950 calories and feel more full!
