I'm starting a health and fitness blog so I need to know what people want to know. I want it to be useful for other people to read and not just about myself but there are tons of other blogs so I'm not sure what people actually want to read. My focus is going to be mostly diet and exercise. What questions do you have that you don't have time to research on your own? What topics would you like to know more about?
