I am a married father of three. I have been married 22 years. I have a daughter, 20, and two boys, 13 and 4. I'm 5'8, and when I changed my eating habits, I was 242. After four weeks, I'm down to 231.
When I got married in '92, I weighed 120! When I turned 42 in January, I decided enough was enough! I'm not on a diet! I'm changing my lifestyle, my eating habits and exercising everyday!
I have a great support system at home, and my friends and family don't know of my change because I just want them to notice it!
I could use all the support on this site this that I can get, and in return I will give all the support you need to you all as well!
We all can get through this journey together!
I wish you all success in your journeys!

Im a mom of 2. One in the Army, one entering highschool soon. I go to the gym 5 days a week. Im trying to get a workout routine that includes cardio and strength training. Also trying to get a good diet plan figured out that supports this. Trying not to get bored with the same workout routines is a challenge. Open to ideas.0

Hi! I also am 42, married 22 years and have three teenagers at home 20,021 and 16. I have over 50 Ibs to lose to start with. This time I am trying to balance, organize and commit to a healthy lifestyle so that i can teach the kids better eating habits and be around to see my grandchildren someday. I feel trapped in my body and do not like who I see in the mirror on the outside so I am striving to make better food choices and add exercise. I don't list that on here because it allows me to many calories when i exercise. So feel free to text me what has been working for you and feel free to message me anytime.
