Hello!

My name is Sandra and I am officially fed up with my weight (since my fat pants became my skinny jeans)
Joined two days ago and began with the food log. I don't expect results right away but I am afraid of failing this task (as always).
Reason why, you ask? I tend to go on these "weight loss trips" once a year around February (just before tax season) and by April work stress becomes my excuse for bad eating habits.

Please my dear MFP community, keep me in line with your brutal honesty.....I can take it!
