Does anyone have any advice on logging P90X3 workouts

Hello! I am very new to MFP (4 days in). I am on Week 9 of P90X3. Does anyone have any advice on how to log the P90X3 workouts? Thank you for your time!

    Well they're all a little different. The yoga and pilates workouts should be obvious. The cardio based workouts you could log as high impact aerobics or circuit training. If you write down your reps in The Challenge you can just enter in the total number of push ups and pull ups.

    Beachbody as and app for both iphone and androids. But for on here the heart monitor is the best way.
