Food + Calories

Hi Guys,
I'm going bowling tonight with my boyfriend and we've got a 'munch and bowl' deal where we get a meal with our lane and basically, the choices are burgers, cheeseburgers, hotdog and chicken nuggets. I chose chicken nuggets as I figured it'll be the lowest calorie. The meal comes with fries too. I'm gonna go to the gym and burn about 400+ calories and we're walking there and back and it's quite far so thats another 300+ calories but I was wondering if regardless of the calories I burn, will the fat and salt etc still do it's damage?

Don't worry about it, occasional splurging and going over calories or sugar and sodium isn't going to ruin everything. You may gain some water weight if you have really high sodium but that will go away in a day or so, so don't freak out if you see that on the scale.
