Lunch Ideas

Ok so I've made my diary public because, well, I just don't care who all see's what I'm eating and doing. I have a bum knee today so working out is not an option. I have had my breakfast and I know what I'm having for dinner so I've already put those into my diary so that I know what my limit for lunch is. I am left with less than 300 calories for lunch. I need ideas on what I can eat that won't throw me over but will fill me until dinner. Lots of water, yeah yeah I know.

There's cottage cheese and tuna. You can have a cup of cottage cheese, and whatever mix'ins you like, or, pan fry some tuna with some spices and use ketchup or hot-sauce to flavor it.
I know it's just an idea or two but I honestly don't know. Oh, there's also Shirataki noodles, i find mine at Wal-Mart in the veggie isle with the tofu and stuff.0 -
