Eating Healthy is Cheap

A long while ago on here there was a debate about is eating healthy cheap or expensive. (OK that happens every week here but...) In the thread someone posted a very good broken down list about eating healthy is cheap if you do it right. It had food items and costs etc vs a "regular" diet. I can't find it now and was looking to share it with someone. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
