Ab/Core Exercises for tightening up loose skin

After loosing ~100 pounds I'm in search of some exercises for core/ab building to help combat some loose skin issues I have. I'm noticed the top of my abs (right under my ribs) are showing signs of toning and slowly I can tell the loose skin (over the course of two months) is tightening up again but was wondering what folks have done for helping with this. I'm going to add this routine into my gym sessions (I do stronglifts now) to help if anyone has advice. Thanks.

Since you're young, most of it might snap back on its own within 1-2 years. Exercises don't tighten loose skin, sorry. There's nothing you can do about it besides surgery. Are you sure you don't have more ab fat to lose?0
