really getting to the end of my tether

I'll try and keep this short and sweet, I don't want to bog you down with useless info. I can't promise anything though.
Since last August, I joined a gym and started weight training plus chucking in some cardio. I've been using MFPs calculation as a guide to how many calories I should consume. Now I should have lost a substantial amount of weight, right? Wrong. I haven't. So here's the thing...
MFP says 1450 a day at a sedentary lifestyle - I don't do much throughout the day. The only thing I do do is exercise 5 times a week (I'll explain what I do exactly in a bit).
I'm a 28 year old female, 153cm tall (sorry I don't do feet and inches) and when I started last August I was 91kg. Now I am 89kg. No huge loss really (in my eyes anyway, considering the time I've been doing it).
Like I said, I exercise 5 times a week. This consists of 3 times a week to the gym (25 minutes weights followed by 30 minutes HIIT on the crosstrainer, treadmill, whatever I can be arsed to do that day). I roughly burn 500 calories on these days and I eat back 90% of those calories. The other 2 days consist of steady state cardio at home (Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds DVD - it's something I enjoy). I probably burn anyway between 300-400 calories here, again I eat back 90% of these. I do have a heart rate monitor, as the machines do seem to say I burn at least 200 more than my HRM does. Weekends I stick to my 1450 goal.
So technically I do eat my 1450 goal (I definitely hit my NET calories, I am never ever under 1250). I have tried eating less, I have tried eating more. I have had my thyroid checked and that came back fine. I drink at least 2 litres of water a day, sometimes I will drink 4 litres. I do weigh my food, I weigh every last soddin' gram. I log every single piece of food I put in my mouth.
After all this, the scales have hardly budged. I have also measured myself and there is barely any difference in what measurements I took last August to now. I have literally done everything by the book. I've spoken to my doctor and the people who help out at the gym and they are both stumped as to why nothing is happening.
It's not as if I can't lose weight. Before I had my daughter I lost 10kg using MFP, and this time last year I lost a further 4kg after gallbladder surgery (but that was probably because I was just **** scared to eat lol). However, when I did this I didn't do any exercise.
I really have come to the end of my tether. I weigh everything I eat right down to the last gram, I drink plenty, exercise regularly and my thyroid is fine so WTF is it?!?!?!?! It'd be a strange when my doctor can't even answer my questions!
